Admins can create workflows based solely on natural language text prompts, making the creation of automations simple! This feature is helpful for those who are new to flow creation because it makes the flow creation process more intuitive.

Automation Lightning App

Salesforce has developed a primary location for the administration of all automation tasks (flows, errors, community-based links, etc.), as established in the main app. With this addition, automations can be discovered and developed with the user flow. This consequently removes the backend-oriented nature of the function and brings it forward, improving access to all automation tasks for Admins.


Enhanced Analytics and Dashboards

Rich Text, Images, and Widgets in Dashboards

Users can now add rich text and image widgets into Lightning dashboards. This is particularly useful for providing descriptive details or graphic visuals. Users can add up to 25 widgets including charts, tables, images, and rich text to Lightning dashboards in all editions of Salesforce. 

Expanded Dashboard Filters

Users can now filter dashboards using five filters rather than three. Users can narrow down more specific data and have greater target area. This feature makes it easier to avoid cloning and duplicating dashboards for different users and teams.

Transfer Dashboard Ownership

It is now much easier to transfer ownership of Lightning dashboards. Users now have the ability to transfer ownership of dashboards in bulk and also allow for a notification to be sent to the new owner in their email, making the administrative process of transferring dashboard ownership much easier. 

Device-Specific Dynamic Forms

Salesforce now offers customers Device-Specific Dynamic Forms, so now customers can create customized and responsive user interface for a specific device. Users can now also set visibility rules for a human preference field based on its device form factor. This will let users build seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, ad mobile. 

Enhanced Security Features

Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To better protect user data, Manufacturing has made the Multi-Factor Authentication required for logins into all new production orgs. This proactive approach will help protect against unauthorised access to data by adding another layer of security.

Sales and Forecasting Enhancements

Opportunity Splits and Forecast Submissions

Sales teams can now split sales credit between multiple territories.  This change will improve existing forecasts and insights into each area's contribution.  Forecast Submissions will present a snapshot of expected sales and allow for more accurate projections.  The changes to Manager Judgment will enhance forecasting for the hierarchy and provide better means of identifying risk for the company.

Flow Repeater Element

The Flow Repeater Element introduces the ability for users to build more flexible and dynamic processes.  The element allows for defined fields to repeat within a flow so the user can make complicated processes simpler for themselves, and improves the flow design experience as a whole.

Einstein Search Improvements

Einstein Search is now turned on by default for all organisations, and users now have access to an AI-powered experience through the global search bar. This means that users can work faster, users can complete tasks from search results, and results will be more relevant, so that an overall improvement in efficiency can be achieved.
